  Fantastic service as always. Every member of the team is caring and kind. I have been with Medivet Gossops Green for over 16 years and have never experienced any issues.   Great service. Easy to book appointment. Dr. Melis is wonderful, smart, knowledgable and intelligent. She also does a great job explaining the diagnosis and the details of each prognosis.

  I’ve been using this practice for a number of years now and have thought about moving solely for financial reasons. I am a multi cat household. I have spent a lot of time at this practice with minor problems to huge problems, including a cat that nearly died of liver failure, another that had to have her tongue sewed together ( an expertly performed surgery by Gordon ) another that had to have a tail amputation, to name but a few. Whilst my visits aren’t always happy ones, I love seeing everybody in the practice. From the fabulous Dene at the front desk, always happy and willing to help and always good for a chat, if it’s quiet ( which is rare) to the lovely Vet nurses who care so well for my cats. As for the Vets at the practice, what can I say? They are superb. El and Gordon are absolutely brilliant and incredibly trustworthy with all of their wealth of knowledge. Both have saved my cats lives on several occasions. As long this team are at this practice, I will continue to be a customer. Thanks guys .

  I have a concern about how the Silencia injection treatment of my cat, has again gone up in price again. In February 2026, I think I paid £114.65 in February 2026 for the injection, and this month April 2026 I paid £118.38, this is beginning to annoy me. As when it was originally a hard sell to us as a treatment for our cat, it was I think £93.00. I am seriously looking around at other vet's for my cat's care, as I have found one that will give the Silencia injection every two months for £93.00 + a one off £57.50 for a vet's appointment. And I am looking at possibly changing my vet, because I am sorry but Medivet to me, are beginning to price themselves out of the care for my pet.

  El and the team were amazing with my nervous dog, Tess. They made her feel at ease—she even relaxed with them, which never happens! You can really tell they love what they do and truly care about the animals. Highly recommend!
