  Thank you to the kind staff and Bronte the vet who was marvellous and assessed my cat Flynn, took the time and care to explain everything to me and sorted out treatments and medication. He was soon back up and running rings around me again after being very unwell.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service from this veterinary practice, from the moment we made the appointment and all the way through our long journey. Our dog Cassie Gill was on deaths door when we turned up at this surgery. She was an uncontrolled diabetic, with severe glaucoma, dry eye and ulcers along with a blown eye. Our previous veterinary surgery wanted to operate on her, we had two opinions from them and they wanted to remove both of her eyes when she was really poorly. She was skin and bone and barely moving at this stage due to the uncontrolled diabetes. We didn’t think Cassie was ready for surgery so we joined this vets for another opinion. The lady on reception who took our call was amazing and made us an appointment with the best vet in the world Elle. She agreed that Cassie wasn’t ready for her eye surgery and pumped her full of antibiotics and pain killers. Elle managed to get Cassie’s diabetes under control so well that she became strong enough for surgery. Cassie turned corners on every visit to this vet and we finally have our dog back. Cassie is so happy again, she’s playful, enjoys her walks, we have our old dog back again and this is all thanks to Elle. Elle did remove one of Cassie’s eyes but managed to save the other one, although it is no longer functional. Cassie recovered from the surgery in just 10 days, which shows what a great surgeon Elle is. I truly believe that if we had taken Cassie to this vet in the first place she would still have her eye sight. (She had lost it before we found Elle). However if we hadn’t found Elle she would probably no longer be with us. We are forever grateful to Elle, the receptionist who put us with the perfect vet for the job and all the staff who have supported Cassie through her journey. Elle also supported me and my husband throughout the whole journey always taking us into consideration as well as Cassie. Ella saved her eyes for as long as possible.   The best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to! The care my cat received was absolutely exceptional – professional, warm, and full of dedication. I would like to especially highlight Dr. Eleonora, who is truly the best veterinarian in the world. Her approach, knowledge, and huge heart made my cat feel safe, and I had complete trust in the treatment provided. Thank you for everything – I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic! 🐾❤️

  Not always been keen on the vets since we have moved to Crawley till today. The receptionist susan; was remarkable. Her compassion and knowledge is one in a million. She is a perfectionist at what she does and her customer service is vital to that business and speaks volumes. Her skills could help alot of the other staff. Thank you for the great experience. Real asset to the business. ( I don't usually leave reviews but I have gone out my way today as she is really good at what she does and made lilly at ease) AJ

  El and the team were amazing with my nervous dog, Tess. They made her feel at ease—she even relaxed with them, which never happens! You can really tell they love what they do and truly care about the animals. Highly recommend!
