  We had our daughter's dog to look after and didn't know that sultanas was dangerous. Contacted local vet and they were absolutely superb at looking after her. The prompt action meant that she was her normal self quickly and without any trauma. We were well aware that chocolate was not good for dogs but not grapes, sultanas, raisins and the like.

  Well worth joining their Puppy Plan. Freddie gets monthly weight and health checks, worming tablet, nails clipped if required and vaccinations as needed all included in the plan. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring and most important any illnesses or problems are picked up quickly and promptly treated.

  Always friendly and knowledgeable. We used to go to another vet in Bridge of Don, but was never happy at how our dogs were treated. Bridge have been excellent from the day we switched.

  Unfortunately, our experience with this clinic was very disappointing. Our 8-month-old Dalmatian developed a growing lump on one side of his neck. During the first visit, we were given medication and advised to monitor the situation. When the swelling did not improve and continued to grow, a fine needle aspiration (FNA) was performed, but we still did not receive a clear diagnosis. After several appointments and spending hundreds of pounds, we were still left without any answers about what was causing the problem. During a later consultation, expensive imaging tests were suggested, yet there was still no clear explanation for the swelling. We decided to seek a second opinion at another veterinary clinic. There, our dog was thoroughly examined, and surgery was recommended and scheduled for the following day. During the procedure, pus and abnormal tissue requiring surgical cleaning were found, and samples were sent to a laboratory for further analysis. What disappointed us most was the lack of a clear diagnosis and the feeling that the problem was simply being monitored while the lump continued to grow significantly. We understand that not every condition can be diagnosed immediately, but we expected a more proactive diagnostic approach and better communication throughout the process. As pet owners, it was extremely frustrating to watch our young dog’s condition worsen while still not having any clear answers despite multiple visits and significant costs.

  Recently had to go through the sudden loss of my beloved cat. The staff and vet were so kind and accommodating and even though I was a blubbering mess they looked after me with compassion and patience and gave me the time and space to say goodbye to my boy. They made him comfortable and took him out of pain swiftly and even offered me a custom momento (fur clipping & pawprints) which I wasn't expecting but which was very sweet and for which I am very grateful. Thoroughly recommended... a horrible experience to go through but the lovely people at Bridge Vets made it more bearable. This was Smudges last photo.
