  Took my dog here for an emergency appt on the 01/09/2021 as staines were fully booked. His symptoms were lethargy, runny nose, gunky eyes & fever... he was prescribed painkillers..forward 7 days and still no better but now has blood dripping from his privates. Took him back to staines for bloods and urine sample, to be told he has a chronic infection!! If only he was given antibiotics sooner :-(

  After returning my cat there twice for a recurring abscess they cleaned her and shaved her. I finally found a claw dug in deep finally after removing she has heeled.
