  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff were inattentive, and my questions were answered formally and with irritation. The examination was very superficial, with no explanations or recommendations for further care of my pet. At the same time, the prices were unreasonably high for such a level of service. It felt like their main goal was to take the money rather than actually help the animal. I will not be returning and do not recommend this clinic to others.

  Enzo and Richie was seen by Allison, the lead veterinarian and she was amazing! This clinic is so nice and spacious and offers you coffee and treats for the e dogs as soon as you enter. I can’t stress enough how supportive and helpful they were.

  I had a wonderful experience at Virtue Vets Marylebone with Allison! My kitty Blues was getting his AHC certification, which was a lengthy 10 pages that Allison kindly pre-filled to ensure the most efficient possible with time. In terms of service, cost and just the MOST wonderful staff, I will always choose to trust Virtue Vets with my pets. Plus they’re so thoughtful with treats, the name of each room ‘Pawtofino, Barkcelona, Meowkonos, and little stickers that say “I was brave at the Vets”, honestly to cute! Thanks so much again!   REALLY impressed with this vets. Needed a second opinion on an incorrect diagnosis from our previous vet. Alison is a wonderful! Kind and amazing with our dog Teddy. He’s well on the mend now. Prices are sensible and it’s an extremely high end experience. Both the animal and human experience have been really considered. All staff we’ve interacted with have been beyond helpful. The large selection of in house treatment options is a huge plus (including physio which does not require a vet referral)
