    Our rescue cat was treated so well and kept calm. He hid in the sink mostly during his assessment. All the vets and staff are really nice, friendly and reassuring. We highly recommend them.

    This vet clinic is absolutely amazing! It’s super clean and really well taken care of. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming—my dog used to be scared of the vet, but now he feels totally safe. Plus, the staff is super professional and just really kind. I couldn’t recommend them more! #Zora

    The lovely team at Creature Comforts Chelsea were so kind and welcoming. They made Jasper feel right at home. I emailed them ahead of our appointment to make sure they had Jasper’s medication and they were very responsive and helpful. The space was very clean. From beginning to end we had the best experience. They even gave Jasper a welcome gift!

    Nala had a great experience her first time at Creature Comforts. The receptionists were so helpful, warming and attentive, giving her treaties to make her feel comfortable. The nurse referred us to a vet the same day to help, and the vets care was exceptional! Nala has always felt anxious at the vets but at the end of the day she was so calm, and got a Polaroid on the Christmas tree!

    My dog Albert has always hated vets, but he LOVES Creature Comforts in Chelsea! The team are so nice and welcoming, from the moment you walk into the practice you feel at home. They even let Albert choose his treat from the Halloween basket. Lovely friendly team, and amazing vets that make you feel so comfortable and safe. I’m so happy I found this practice
