CREATURE COMFORTS St John’s Wood is without a doubt the most professional and caring vets I have EVER known!💞💞💞 I sent this email to Dr Evie, Laura, Dr David and the team: Dear Evie, David, Laura and Team; This morning I did my normal walk in Regents Park. It’s the same walk I did with Cinka. I was in tears as you can imagine! I came home to find the heart felt and extremely touching card that you sent to me with a file containing Cinkas hair and the beautiful paw & nose prints! I have never known such a caring and considerate vets in my 64 years. ThankQ from the bottom of my heart!💙 I am planning to purchase another one or two Vizslas from the breeder in Hungary and this time I will have Insurance when I sign them with your wonderful vets. I will be giving you a 5 ⭐️ Trust Pilot Review and on FB too. Feel free to use this as a reference on your website. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Kind regards David xx

Absolutely great experience. The team took great care of my dog during his neutering procedure and kept me informed throughout with updates and photos. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The waiting area is also lovely, with treats, fresh water, and even balls available for dogs, which is a really thoughtful touch. Thank you for looking after Leo so well, highly recommended!

My Priscilla loves coming to the vet and seeing all her friends! Such an amazing service by people who genuinely care about animals. Priscilla is the first cat I’ve owned and looked after solely on my own, and I am a big worrier about her/if I’m doing everything right and they always know how to put me at ease and give the best advice! I love the live chat feature and that they send pictures and updates when your pet goes in for procedures, it made Priscilla’s spay easy and stress free. I am so happy I chose to go with Creature Comforts!

Merlin is a 12 Yr old nervous indoors only cat (and that makes me nervous as well about taking him to the vet) who was in need of dental surgery and extra care. I did quite a bit of research before contacting these vets and I travelled all across London to take Merlin to them. Best decision of my life, when it comes to my beloved pets! It's been over a month since I took Merlin there (first pic 🙂) and he is very happy and in excellent health. In addition to the happy relaxing, positive atmosphere, it must be said that Dr. David's expertise and skills are remarkable. Overall outstanding.

MooMoo had a laparoscopic spay procedure at the St John’s Wood clinic on Wednesday, 7th Jan ‘26. Dr Rebecca and the nursing team were brilliant. After less than a week, MooMoo is almost fully recovered and her winds are healing beautifully. I can’t recommend the team enough - they’re the best. Just be mindful that when you bring your pup for a procedure, they may be waiting in the kennel for a long time, as they may prioritise other surgeries. X
