  My 12-year-old Chihuahua cross, Ziggy, and I were extremely nervous about him needing to have all his teeth extracted. I had previously seen Dr. David at another vet, so when I found out he had moved to CC Vet, I made sure to follow him there because I completely trust him. From the moment we arrived, Dr. David and the whole team were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They understood how worried I was and made me feel much more at ease throughout the whole process. I truly feel safe in their hands. Ziggy needed a full dental extraction, which was very stressful for me, but the care and attention he received were outstanding. The staff kept me informed every step of the way and looked after him so well. It’s now been a little while since the surgery, and Ziggy is recovering really well and is already so much happier. A special thanks to Dr. David for his expertise, kindness, and for making the whole experience so reassuring for both Ziggy and me. The kindness of the whole team at Creature comforts Vet is truly exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about their animals. Five stars — highly recommend. ⭐

  Today was my first time visiting this clinic, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Dr Alex Weinberg was exceptional about explaining the variety of tests that were needed, gave my cat a good thorough assessment, and provided excellent resources. The admin staff were also absolutely lovely. The environment was warm and inviting, with other happy and friendly customers in the waiting area. So happy to have found this place!

  Very good first experience today. I have an incredibly anxious rescue dog, and he was treated with real kindness, patience, and care throughout. The team were warm and welcoming on arrival, offered him treats, and helped him settle before his appointment, which made a big difference. The vet was extremely thorough, carrying out a full physical examination as well as reflex tests, which really reassured me that he was presenting normally from a neurological perspective. I was also impressed by how easy it was to book the appointment and how smoothly everything ran. The waiting area is large and open, with plenty of space, which is nice for dogs who are easily stressed. Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d feel very confident returning.

  MooMoo had a laparoscopic spay procedure at the St John’s Wood clinic on Wednesday, 7th Jan ‘26. Dr Rebecca and the nursing team were brilliant. After less than a week, MooMoo is almost fully recovered and her winds are healing beautifully. I can’t recommend the team enough - they’re the best. Just be mindful that when you bring your pup for a procedure, they may be waiting in the kennel for a long time, as they may prioritise other surgeries. X
