Kelly is a wonderful veterinarian, cares deeply about the animals, is conscientious and methodical, and takes time to explain issues and options for dealing with them clearly in terms the average person can understand. We are so so grateful for her help — thank you!
Read on Google →I cannot recommend Village Vet enough! My cat and I are very scared of vet visits but Venus immediately put me at ease when booking my appointment and was very comforting and lovely. I knew just from talking to her on the phone that this was the right place for us. Kelly, the vet, is amazing. So gentle and patient and calm. She answered all my questions and explained everything really well. I am so appreciative of these kind brilliant people. They made a scary thing much more bearable. This place is great and might even cure my fear of vet appointments!
Read on Google →Can’t thank them enough for fitting me in as an emergency when they were about to close. The vet was very attentive and reassuring. The whole team was very friendly and welcoming. The clinic has just had a refueb so looks lovely too!
Read on Google →I can’t say enough good things about Village Vet! Dr Kelly has been looking after my dog Rio for years, and he absolutely loves seeing her — which says a lot about how gentle and kind she is. Kelly takes the time to explain everything clearly so I always understand what’s going on, and she never makes me feel rushed or like any question is too small. I always arrive feeling reassured that he’s in the best possible hands. Kelly’s combination of expertise, compassion, and dedication is incredible. It’s rare to find a vet who not only has such incredible medical knowledge but also such a calming, friendly approach that makes both pets and owners feel at ease. She goes above and beyond every time, and I’m so grateful for the help she gives to Rio.
Read on Google →Highly recommend Village Vet SJW and especially Dr. Kelly. We took our two cats here during our three year stay in London. Dr. Kelly communicates clearly and in a caring manner (and can translate between British and American English when needed :)), and we appreciate that they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Our cats have fortunately not had any major health issues but we have been very happy with the clinic for routine care.
