  One of my cats had a seizure, which was very scary, on 30th August. I rang Vets Now Emergency Salisbury. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and asked if I’d take Tom - my cat - in. The vet I saw was incredibly kind and so thorough checking Tom over. There was no rushing, just took her time examining him. She certainly put my mind at ease and very grateful to her and the nurse on duty. I would certainly go back to them, if I had another emergency. Thank you very much. Robin Chidwick.

  Brought our cat in for suspected heatstroke, and we were seen very quickly. Completely professional environment and its clear they are there for the love of animals. Could not have been happier with the service we got! (Our cat Mocha is fine now, and has had treats to make up for the car journey)

  We have received the best possible treatment while attended the emergency service with our sweet Russell .The staff booked us immediately and were compassionate .We waited for a while but once we have been seen the Vet was very understanding kind ,informative,and professional.The nurse who helped was very kind and good at her job ! We have received a 5 star treatment ,exactly what we were expecting for the money we had to pay.Thank you very much for taking care of our beloved Russell! ❤️

  The service my dogs and I received was fantastic. I have 2 dogs and they had eaten fruit and nut chocolate and wrappers. They both had injections which made them vomit within 10 minutes. The vet and nurses took them off and brought them back to me within 30 minutes. The total cost was £750. I am not insured and however wonderful the 3 girls are this cost is way too high. Unaffordable in my opinion. There is no choice your dogs die or you use this service.
