I had a great experience today at the vets in Salisbury. My cat is very nervous when it comes to vet visits but the vet lady was really lovely and he was less frightened that usual. Many thanks.

I wasn't a client but the staff at Pet Practice Salisbury saw my dog Louis as an emergency during opening hours. The care and attention they gave to Louis left me feeling we were in secure hands. I am now in the process of registering both my dogs with Pet Practice and look forward to a long and happy relationship knowing my pets are in safe hands. Thank you to all the staff.

We have been with Pet practice since it 1st opened and I feel it has changed so much over the years and not for the better..the costs are very expensive and you never seem to see the same vet twice so they dont get to know your pet..we feel they are just out to make money Without going into to much detail (i dont have insurance but i do have a vet fund i save myself)I was given a quote to save my dogs life today after my boy had been in the vets allday getting xrays bloods and a general anesthetic...the figure was so high there was no way I could afford it..so I had to made the heartbreaking decision to let my dog go to be free of pain...thank god a friend told me to get a 2nd opinion from another vet just to check as what harm would it do.. When we arrived at the other vet they checked his records and xrays...they flabbergasted at the price id already paid for his treatment..well no treatment really .just bloods and xrays and a general and some pain relief..but thats not really the issue..the issue was pet practice wouldn't help my dog untill id spent more on unnecessary ct scans..there was no need ..the vet took one look at the xray saw the problem and fixed him with no surgery... To think pet practice would have happily put my dog to sleep as i couldnt afford the unnecessary procedure makes me really angry.. Thank god again to my friend who said this isn't right get a 2nd opinion...my dog is now ok..no it wasnt cheap but only 3 figures instead of upper 4 figure to save his life..shame on you pet practice

We were with them for a couple of years and over that time we became increasingly disappointed and realised that they were only interested in money and hey were very unhelpful with our insurance. Even after we left them and we had paid the policy for his drops etc in full they still charged us for his droncit .After paying out for poor quality xrays and thousands of pounds in his eye operation they still asked us for an extra £6 on the day of his operation for the bill and a half used tube eye lube. All about the money please avoid ! there are better and cheaper independents out there.
