Sad to say we've been really disappointed with the service from Hampton Park, the nurse we have seen several times doesn't seem to have a clue what she's doing or what she's talking about, even for a basic puppy health check, she also left a needle hanging out of our dog after snapping it at the most recent appointment which has pushed us to register our dog elsewhere. We wouldn't trust Hampton Park to take care of our dog, especially if the circumstances were more serious. They don't seem to have much knowledge on more specialised treatments, the care provided here seems very basic. As much as I wanted to have a good experience with this vets because they are so close to home, I will be going elsewhere and I wouldn't recommend anybody to register their pet here.

On holiday and our dog eat some raisins off the floor in a cafe. We phoned Hampton vets and the receptionist said to bring our dog to them soon as possible. The vet gave him an injection to make him sick they were quick and professional. Our dog made a full recovery

Everyone is so amazing at the practice. Catherine is a wonderful Vet. She has seen all my animals and has been brilliant with them all adapting to there individual personalities. My cat had a skin complaint and she explained everything very clearly and discussed next actions if certain things occur. Catherine always listens very attentively and always ensures to get the full picture of the concern. Always been very happy with what is recommended.

We took our cat Luna in for a spay , microchip and vaccines, very friendly place, I give it 4 stars because having a payment plan would have helped us out in the long run. And I'm sure other people would agree

Usually use Salisbury practice but was referred to Ringwood asking for urgent anti-seizure medication to be changed from liquid to tablet for our beloved cat as we were not able to administer it ( constantly spitting it out). The vet was extremely dismissive of our concerns, very condescending in general and put the phone down on me when I still had questions to ask. Avoid Ringwood practice at all costs! However Dan in Salisbury has been very helpful.
