We are so grateful for the care and attention given to our wee dog. Information given to us regarding Cooper's condition was communicated with kindness and patience by the wonderful staff.

Cannot thank the staff enough, brought my boy in on Wednesday night with difficulty breathing. The wonderful team took him right away and seen to him, the vet let us know they found fluid around his heart and lungs, they acted quick and gave him oxygen and medication. We have since been working with the royal dick vet who have let us know if it wasn’t for vets now he would have died that night. The team saved his life and I cannot thank them enough for it. We have a long road ahead but thanks to the vets here we get to have a bit more time together.

A huge thanks to all the staff for saving our Jack Russell Terrier after he ate a mince pie. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and he was seen soon after that. A couple of hours later we were back home. Many thanks again

Had to take my golden retriever last night due to a sudden urine infection. Sample tested, medicine given and on my way , all very quick and efficiently. Dog doing well now. Thanks very much.

Sadly my experience was not positive with Vets Now - my cat Austin Daniel was placed in their care by lovely people who found him in a terrible state. Vets now managed to email me after scanning his chip which I’m truly grateful for hence we liaised about the best option due to the eye watering charges they demand. Ultimately they put him on fluids administered pain meds but everything was strictly about money indeed they’d have let him die in their care if I genuinely could not have come up with funds. Ultimately I went in a taxi next morning to transfer him to local private vet - was traumatised yet their main priority was immediate text to warn me I must fill in an insurance form & that they’d be charging for admin fees. The feeling I got was they are purely driven by money (I understand that to an extent) but charged £1200 for a single night & that didn’t include essential blood tests. Subsequently my I took my cat (canula still in leg) to Dundas vets who were wonderful not going on about money all the time whilst a person is devastated about their injured animal. This image of Austin is from Dundas Street Vets who fitted an NG feeding tube as he couldn't eat. Vets Now would probably have charged a couple of grand for this necessary intervention. Subsequently my cat has tragically died but that’s after 5 days of Dundas private vet trying to save him. Vets Now are disgraceful & purely cash driven they do not care I will be reporting them to Ombudsman when I've got the energy. Ultimately Austin has undergone a post mortem indeed he was bleeding out internally Vets Now had called to warn the price of a free fluid abdominal scan which they subsequently stated was fine. I believe that my boy would be alive today if they had been helpful & decent. Please do NOT take your animal to this service🥲
