A first class service from Julia, her colleagues, and the whole team at Hill City Vets. I got in touch with Julia concerned about an abscess on my lab’s lower eyelid. During the initial consultation, she explained my options in a very clear, concise and reassuring manner, which gave me the agency to decide which treatment I thought was best for Ben. He went under sedation that afternoon, and was back in the waiting room with me after just a couple of hours. The cryotherapy treatment seems to have worked perfectly and can barely tell he’s had any treatment at all. Well done and keep up the good work.

Our dog Brodie became very unwell suddenly with a distorted eye. Luckily we got to see Julia and her team the next day at Broadleys Vet hospital and she quickly and correctly diagnosed a tumour behind his eye.She took full precautionary measures and went ahead and operated successfully that day and even although he is 13 he has recovered brilliantly. As she was able to advise that he actually had no sight in the eye she had to remove it has actually made life easier for Brodie as he is only seeing thru one eye now and is managing to do things he struggled with before the operation. His wound healed well and we are forever grateful for the speedy and professional guidance.Would totally recommend seeing Julia if any concerns with your pet’s eyesight.Thank you .

After 4 years of back and forth to our vets with our beloved Poppy with constant eye problems we were referred to Eye Right referrals where Julia looked at Poppy. What a perfectionist she is. Poppy had Cryosurgery done on both eyes and she is now pain free. Julia was amazing and I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for Poppy. Also thank you to the rest of the staff involved so professional and caring. Xx

Julia was absolutely fantastic with our Frenchie and helped get her eye, which had a chronic ulcer for about a month previously, back in working order with the utmost professional. She clearly explained everything and ensured we understood the problem and the solution and was responsive to emails as we looked after our dog in recovery. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Julia provided excellent service for our puppy (who was suffering from persistent juvenile conjunctivitis - which had gone beyond the knowledge of our regular vet). She was able to see him quickly and he has made a remarkable improvement under her care. Her advice has been helpful and clear throughout treatment - and he has much appreciated the dog treats!
