Following my decision to adopted my neighbours wee dog after him sadly passing away I would like to express my deep disappointment in the PDSA , I attended the PDSA in Edinburgh for treatment for an ear infection in December 25 I was informed she needs to be neutered in march 26 , I have since been informed , there are no appointments for march and it may be as late as may 26 ,if indeed , I can actually get an appointment, correct me if I'm wrong but I thought pdsa was set up to care for the well-being of animals and their owners who can ill afford the veterinary inflated prices ?? Have this charity lost its principles? Very disappointed

I have used the P.D.S.A. for many years and can't fault the service. Indeed, the vets there saved my youngest dog's life. When my oldest dog had to be uethenised, the staff were very considerate and sympathetic. They arranged my dog's cremation and had the ashes, which were in a sealed metal container, delivered to me.

Staff were amazing during a very difficult and emotional decision to say goodbye to our 15yo Maine Coon due to sudden ill health. For someone who was made redundant and can no longer afford vet bills or pet insurance, the PDSA were a godsend during this time. Please leave a donation if you can.

bad hospital, my pet budgie was dying and they kept on asking for unnecessary details and acting stupid, my father asked them “so if my pet is dying these unnecessary details are more important?” And they said yes, do not go to this hospital in an emergency. They wasted all of our time and our budgie sadly passed away

Unfortunate circumstances as we brought our deceased wee cat in at around 12:45am...but stuff absolutely brilliant, kind , helpful and very professional. Many thanks to this excellent facility. Glad you were there when we needed you.
