We used to visit this vet whilst we were living in Polwarth area. Not everything was perfect and we also had some discomfort with reception etc. but those are insignificant since we owe life of our little boy Fluffy to Happy Pets surgery, especially Maggie. If there wasn’t Maggie’s urgent care on Fluffy, we cannot imagine what could even have happened, I don’t want to even think about it. Now one year passed from Fluffy’s critical kidney problem and he is perfectly fine. That is one big reason to give five stars to this business, we thank Maggie every time we cuddle Fluffy, we watch him playing or hear his warm purring!

One of the best vets by far. The 2 vets, Maggie and Anna are always amazing and happy to talk through any issues, problems or questions I have. They are always kind and both passionate about animals, as are all the staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help with any issue and put pet care at the forefront of everything they do. A very friendly place. Highly recommend.

Happy Pets has been looking after my 2 cats since July 2021 and I couldn’t be more delighted with their care. From the reception staff to the vets themselves, I have nothing but good words. In a world where vet practices are being bought up by private equity firms whose only goal is to squeeze as much money out of a pet parent as possible, I really value that Happy Pets is still an independent veterinary practice. This means great care is their priority—not pure profit. An example of this is I brought my cat in for a teeth cleaning and after having a look, the vet said she didn’t actually need one. It saved the cat from the anaesthesia and me from a large bill. I know they are always in great hands with the Happy Pets team!

Absolutely brilliant! Can’t recomend these guys enough. Staff are lovely and very knowledgable. Super considerate when dealing with my reactive doggo who was just in for tooth surgery. Very fair prices, they are great at explaining the bill breakdown and all the post oop medicines. Been coming here for 12 years and will continue too for a long time :) from kayden and lola

Such a lovely team, being a first time dog owner and having little knowledge of what is involved in providing the best care I possibly can, I can honestly say they were endlessly informative and made me and Raasay feel so very welcome. Such a privilege to be served by these guys. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
