Riley was absolutely fantastic during Mimi’s visit. She was warm, friendly, and completely professional throughout. She carried out a very thorough check-up, administered Mimi’s vaccine smoothly, and even trimmed her nails during the appointment. Everything was done calmly and efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she treats. I really appreciated the high standard of care Mimi received.

I had an excellent experience at this veterinary clinic. My dog (Majka) recently underwent surgery here, and I was truly impressed by the entire team. The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward animals. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Absolutely fantastic. Everyone, from the reception staff to the nurses and vets, is very kind, friendly and professional. We've had a few appointments at this clinic already and every time our experience was great. It's clear that the wellbeing of the animals is their top priority. It gives us peace of mind to know that we can rely on ICR Vets Loanhead to take such excellent care of our cat.

Can’t recommend ICR vets highly enough. All of their staff are fantastic, caring and skilled. They took very care of my doggy Tinkerbell, always had appointments available and never pressured me to have unnecessary treatments or test for her. When it was her time to go on the rainbow bridge (4th Jan 2026) they made her passing as kind and gentle as possible. Thank you to everyone here (especially Tara, Alex, Riley and Sammy on reception!) and keep up the great work!

I've always found ICR vets to be excellent in every way. I had a vet called Javier examine my wee dog on my latest visit and he was brilliant. He came down to my dogs level and did the examination on the floor rather than have her lifted onto a table. It's the little touches like that which shows me that not all vets are the same. Both me and Jessie left the vets happy and that's what matters.
