I’ve been going to this clinic for over 6 years now, since my dog was a puppy, and my 2 cats are registered here too. Have never had anything but great experiences. We have seen many vets there over the years and they have all always been amazing. My dog actually loves going to the vets, probably because she gets lots of attention and treats, but they’re always so caring and compassionate, and she’s always been so well taken care of whenever she’s needed treatment or procedures. My dog also loves the reception staff and they always love her too. Hans the clinic manager is particularly great, super friendly, always caring about the clients and as accommodating as he can be. I’ve always been able to get an appointment the same day for urgent issues. I have the care plans for all my pets and it makes everything so much easier, I love knowing we have a few consultations a year already covered and they also send out reminders for administering and reordering the flea and worming treatments which is super handy.

When my pet rabbit died, I was told that I would receive the ashes alongside the fur, but I received two fur bottles instead of one ash and one fur bottle. Could someone explain this please?

Was a customer for multiple years; however very disappointed with level of service we received. Generally, came across very few staff who seemed to genuinely care about the welfare of my pets. The above coupled with many inexperienced vets working at their first practice as well as regular locums was not a good combination. Best decision I made was to leave this practice.

Life and ill health had gotten in the way of managing to bring our dogs the 70 mile round trip to see the vet. I spoke to Hans, who could not have been more helpful in fitting us in at short notice. Then 5 minutes later Hans called me back and offering assistance on our arrival to help me out the car with the dogs (one is large and getting old). How lovely of him. My husband attended the appointment and said Hans gave good practical advice, which he trusted, on how to manage our older dog's condition. Would highly recommend this Vet, our previous appointments and treatment have always been very good, but felt Hans' approach should be praised. Thank you Hans!

In the roughly 3 years I have used this practise, I have always found the individual vets to be friendly and very professional. No complaints. However every time; without fail. I have an issue collecting my cats flea and worm treatment. Over the years I have had several poor / frustrating experiences with the general admin of the practice. I have moved my cat back to the Fort Kinnaird branch where you can walk in and pick it up on the day, or they even post it to you. I used this branch for years, before moving house, without any issues. *Edit - over 2 weeks later the straiton branch still haven’t sent my cats care plan documentation to the fort kinnaird branch, despite me specifically checking and asking that they would do so and being assured that they would. I can’t get an answer on the phone, as usual, so am writing this up in general frustration.
