      I have been taking my pets to Oxgangs practise for a few years now. Its a lovely local practise with really friendly and helpful staff. They put you at ease and have treated all of my pets as if they were their own. Everything is always explained fully, and all the options are looked at to help me decide whats best for my pets. I would and have, recommend them to friends and family. Side note, they also have a nice wee supply or treats and toys for sale. My dogs favourite toy came from there.

      I recently transferred my cats to this veterinary clinic. The staff is very kind and always smiling, extremely skilled and thorough. I brought my male cat for neutering (and will soon bring my female cat as well), and I was supported throughout the entire process. They remind you about appointments, are available to answer your questions politely, and last but not least, their prices are reasonable. I’m truly happy I followed a friend’s recommendation and switched clinics. I have already recommended them to other friends.

      Our cat, Chichi, faced a horrific situation this Wednesday, and we rushed her to the vet for emergency treatment. We are incredibly thankful for their quick response and the referral they provided. Everything was communicated so clearly, and they did everything possible to ensure Chichi received the best care in the shortest amount of time. They even lent us a carrier that worked better for her comfort. During her stay, Chichi was kept so cozy and comfortable that she seemed quite settled, which brought us peace of mind. Thank you for taking such great care of both Chichi and us! We are beyond grateful for your professionalism, and we feel very fortunate that Chichi is now in much better condition.

      I had my first experience with this vet a few weeks ago when I brought my kitten in for her pre op. I can’t thank the staff and vet enough for such a wonderful service. After a bad experience at a previous vet it was so nice to be in such a relaxing and reassuring environment. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Boo had her surgery last week and again everything was so smooth. Communication was superb and when I went to collect her the nurse explained everything to me which was so nice. Thank you again for taking care of boo and myself. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for a forever vet.

      I can’t be anymore grateful to the staff at Lochend branch & especially Oxgangs branch for being so patient and understanding with my deaf American Bulldog Clyde. Over the past 2 months weekly visits done for desensitization. 1-11-23 Clyde was admitted for neutering. Staff gave up their own time and went above and beyond for my boy. Massive thanks to Mel who has treated Clyde like he was her own family member’s. I greatly appreciate all their time and concern.
