  My cat has been with Dundas for three years at both the Granton and Dundas St surgeries, they cared for my him from his first vaccines as a kitten to Friday just gone when they helped me say goodbye to my boy and put him to sleep. The service was always professional and it felt like they really cared about my Thomas every time I brought him in. I will always be grateful for everything they did for him through his illness, especially for getting him stable enough after his last crisis so that I could have a final few days with him, and for how caring and respectful they were in giving him an easy end. Thank you all, from myself and Thomas.

  I have always had such an amazing experience dealing with the vets and receptionists. I always feel like they are very thorough when checking over my pets. There communication is great, because I often need reminders of when my appointments are. Always highly recommended when I am talking to my friends who may be looking to change vets or newly register there pet.

  Avoid This Veterinary Clinic – Unprofessional and Unsafe Care I am very disappointed with the treatment my cat and I received at this veterinary clinic. After bringing my cat in for surgery, I was only informed after the procedure that they do not provide overnight care. This was never communicated beforehand. Instead, I was told that I would need to transport my cat myself to another facility, entirely at my own risk. Transporting a cat immediately after surgery is extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious complications or even death. When I arrived at a 24-hour animal hospital, I was shocked to learn that the catheter had been inserted very poorly, causing my cat additional pain and suffering after the operation. This is completely unacceptable. There was a total lack of empathy, professionalism, and responsibility throughout the entire experience. At a time when my pet’s life was potentially at risk, I expected care, transparency, and competence—none of which were provided. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic and take their pets somewhere that prioritizes both safety and compassion.

  Our Miniature Schnauzer consistently receives exceptional care at Dundas Vets. He is a naturally anxious animal, and the entire team, from the reception staff to the nurses and veterinarians, consistently ensures his comfort and well-being. We highly recommend the Dundas Veterinary Group.
