Extortionately expensive, very poorly run, they really do not care at all about the welfare of the cats, they only care about revenue.

They have been my veterinarians for almost 8 years and have always been wonderful. Every member of staff I have ever met has been exceedingly helpful, as well as exceptionally friendly and understanding. One of my cats, although delightful, is a little terror and a frequent visitor to both here and the other location and on every occasion, the staff have been professional, caring, and treated both me and the fluffball with kindness and respect. I always have trust and faith that they will do what is best for my two boys. Thanks for keeping Oliver going, even though he is a fluffy nightmare...

We had another vet trip today, one of many. As usual everyone was very friendly. Even with a bit of a delay, Eleanor was friendly and kept us informed of what was going on. It’s handy that they have 2 clinics for the unscheduled visits too.

Lovely vet with very attentive staff! I met Eleanor on reception who was really cheerful and super helpful when it turned out I'd booked an appointment at their sister location rather than the Newhaven Rd location, managed to get the appointment swapped over so my cat could get vaccinated. The vet Devon was also super helpful and really gentle with my cat, and explained everything to me in a very clear manner! Cannot recommend this place enough, lovely staff every time!
