All the staff have always been so professional and friendly. In particular Eleanor on the reception desk knows my dog and I by name and she is always so friendly and professional. We visit quite reglualry for Librella injections and my dog always gets oiffered snacks - she absoltuely loves her visits! The nurses and vets have been great and in particular I would like to mention Anna-Maria who handled the euthenasia of our 20 year old cat, Rosie so professionally and she was so gentle and understanding with both Rosie and the four of us. Not easy having 4 emotional adults in the consult room but she showed so much compassion. I would thoroughly recommend Batchelor Davidson & Watson in Hillhouse.

Leia had her 4 weekly visit to BDW. She is always delighted to see Eleanor on reception and of course happy to receive treats. We met with Jade today and Leia responded well to Jade's calm manner. Our appointment was on time which I appreciated.

I moved to B,D&W as I was keen to bring my dogs to a more traditional vet practice and I am so glad I did. ALL the staff at the surgery are excellent and have been incredibly helpful and supportive. One of my dogs had to have spinal surgery and a challenging recovery and all the vets, especially Georgina, have been fantastic in supporting us doggy-parents through the journey. To hear that a vet was thinking about my dog and was worried over a weekend means a lot! And whilst this has been a learning experience for us, some of our issues have also helped the vets to know more about the condition and be able to help others in the future. This is a terrific practice, everyone is very caring, interested and helpful and I cannot recommend them enough - which I already do!!!

Fantastic veterinary practice. I have been with them since 2017, when my old cat passed away last June they were so compassionate and caring. We now adopted a new cat and today we went for her vaccination booster. They were all awesome as usual. The receptionist recognised us immediately and was truly happy we adopted another cat. Alex the vet was great, she managed to calm down our very scared Lily. She gave us information about the different vaccines so we were able to take an informed decision. She also did a very thorough examination of Lily and clipped her nails. I recommended Batchelor Davidson and Watson to my friend too, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great, professional but friendly practice.

I have always had a great experience at the Hillhouse practice. The staff are all so friendly, especially Eleanor on reception. They really care about your pets wellbeing. They were so supportive when I had to say goodbye to my two previous dogs. So welcoming when I came back with my two current dogs. I value their advice and always feel listened to and that my option really matters.
