  We’ve previously expressed directly to the surgery how happy we have been with the care provided at Dundas’ Granton Road clinic. The main thing for us is the patience and consistency of staff we see - the vets and receptionists really know us, know how often we need routine appointments to keep ontop of my dog’s skin condition, know the preferred time for our appointments and have these reserved for us, without prompting. We previously moved from a large vet company, where we saw a different vet each time - mostly locums - and received conflicting advice regarding my dog’s treatment. Appointments were rushed and often appointments felt negative. Since moving to Dundas, my dog no longer displays signs of anxiety at the vet, but instead enjoys his vet appointments - and I often have to persuade him to leave! He is beyond comfortable with the staff at Dundas, and we are too.

  The staff here are brilliant. I had to take my cat in for an operation. It was cold outside and they let us in early while they set up, so the cat didn't get cold. Every staff member I spoke to was warm and understanding. My cat is difficult at the best of times but she got the best of care, well explained aftercare, and is back to her usual self.

  Best local vet group. Price is fair for the level of service and the employees are a pleasure. The PetsApp integration has made life so much easier for an introvert like me! I appreciate the integration very much and it works like a charm.

  Our dog has been going since a wee pup when he was very ill. They love him there - the feelings not mutual until he gets through the door and gets so much fuss! Great vets, reasonable prices, the pet plan is good. They really helped us to get everything sorted when travelling to France with the pooch. Highly recommend...
