What a great local vet practice so much better since changing to Valentines. I would not take my cat anywhere else since she had been treated by Lynn who is so dedicated. She is so patient and really helpful and friendly and gives such good advice. The reception staff are also brilliant

I have been coming here for 3 years, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. The waiting room had a strong unpleasant smell and dirt on the floor. The reception staff were also very unwelcoming. There was no good-morning when walking in, (to be honest there never has been for 3 years) and I have to stand in front of them, wait, and eventually say hello before being acknowledged. The vet room was even more concerning. The table had fur stuck to it, and the weighing scale had dirty prints and dried saliva on it. For a place caring for animals, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and care for the amount of money I have been asked to pay. Sadly, I will not be returning.

We have been registered at Valentine's for nearly 6yrs. The staff are all so friendly, professional and go out of their to help you. They all clearly LOVE animals. They recently helped my friend and her dog (she wasn't registered with them - she is now!) her dog had swallowed a ball in Alkrington woods, my friend charged to the vet with her dog and they immediately responded apparently she was seconds away from dying. The vet, nurses and all staff were amazing - real heros. So you can see why I would recommend Valentine's Vets, Middleton Branch.

Lynn, the vet is amazing. She has looked after our dogs for over 20 years- since they were puppies till they were old. She is so kind and gentle with them. Lynn fully explains everything to us and gives advice. The reception staff are all lovely too.

I've been coming to this vets before it became valentine's vets and wouldn't take my furry family members anywhere else. Always compassionate, friendly and respectful. My senior GSD is anxious on vet visits and can be reactive with other dogs, they always take this into account and give him quiet times to come and they always work at my dogs pace making a stressful time for him friendly and so much easier, whilst also being thorough and giving great advice.
