Well what can I say I've been bringing my dogs here for over 20 years ,when Alex and Kath had this place it was beautiful the atmosphere was amazing. Now it's just corporate vets . Lynn the vet is the only reason why we stay a beautiful truly loving vet who actually cares . We use pet monthly subscription and we rarely get text reminders on medication renewal they messed up the direct debit twice and then you get an arrogant email from person named Jo stating there gonna charge you fee because a mistake on one direct debit mess up which was rectified on the day. There attitude all about money. Oh well I think my Sophie may have to find a new vets. How dare this company treat long standing customers so badly .. Me and partner will miss Lynn as she been our vet and looking after all our dogs for around 20 years but as customer this corporate company is a joke. They may and try charge me £10 but they loose around £250 per year if we leave .
Read on Google →I find here im not rushed out as soon as my dog has been seen, they always have time to be loving and friendly with my dog. I always have time to ask questions and I am given answers tips advice reassurance, a nice place from the minute you walk in the door lovely reception staff too.
Read on Google →I used to use this practice over 10 years ago before it was taken over by Valentines and this was my first visit back to the surgery, as I am now fostering 2 cats. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and got all the registration details sorted very efficiently, but I did find that the reception area itself, whilst very clean and spacious, now feels cold and clinical and not very welcoming. Having taken our cats to Lynne previously, I was absolutely delighted to see that she was still there. She has a wonderfully calm way about her, which communicates itself to the animals; everything is explained and discussed fully and she is lovely to deal with.
Read on Google →I've been coming to this vets before it became valentine's vets and wouldn't take my furry family members anywhere else. Always compassionate, friendly and respectful. My senior GSD is anxious on vet visits and can be reactive with other dogs, they always take this into account and give him quiet times to come and they always work at my dogs pace making a stressful time for him friendly and so much easier, whilst also being thorough and giving great advice.
Read on Google →Love Lynn she has been there for so many years and is an excellent veterinarian, she is naturally empathetic with you and so caring with your pet. Also Olga at Castleton branch was so amazing with the end of life care for my beautiful doggie Ollie and Charlie cat. 5 star.
