Last Saturday, I came to the clinic with a homeless, sick cat that I had found on the street. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists, nurses, and doctor were incredibly kind and compassionate. They treated the cat with genuine care and heart, and I felt fully supported during the whole visit. The team provided antibiotics and anti-flea treatment, and I’m so happy to say that the cat is now recovering well. I especially want to mention the young girl who gave this homeless cat a blanket, brushed him, and fed him. I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but you are a truly beautiful person inside and out. Your kindness meant more than you know. You truly stole my heart with the way you handled everything. Because of this experience, I have now moved my own pets to your clinic, as I feel I can fully trust you with their care. Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, and dedication. You made a real difference.

I was recommended Valentine’s by family and friends due to wanting to change vets. From the moment I rang to book an initial appointment for my new puppy, I was filled with confidence due to the friendly and caring interaction with the staff. My first appointment increased my confidence in Valentines with the warm welcome by staff to my puppy and myself. The vet took her time with my puppy to let him settle down with her and to check him over, give me advice and information share. The pet plan is value for money in comparison to other vets in the locality and gives a wrap around package for your pet.

I honestly can’t imagine there’s a better vets out there. The whole team at Castleton have been out of this world. Most of the time a vets is ‘just a vets’ but when it counts and your fur baby needs help these guys go wayyyy above and beyond. I was unfortunately in a position where my dog was chronically unwell. They worked around the clock to think of solutions and make sure she was getting the help she needed. The best part though is how at ease my dog always was and still is going here, the amount of love and care this whole team put into her was outstanding, I felt at ease leaving her in there care knowing they would do their absolute best. They made me feel supported, no question was a silly one and they explained things in a way I understood. I can tell from the numerous times I’ve been here that the whole team love their job and that shines through. I can’t thank this vets enough for how they treated myself and my lovely Ember. We’ve still got a bit of a road left to travel to get her to full health but I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this vets. When it counts, they really do go above and beyond in every way and I trust them wholeheartedly!
