  Always a very friendly place to go the vets are great with the animals and very gentle. The advice given has always been spot on and we have no complaints. The waiting area has a separate area for cats which is helpful. All round it’s a nice place to go .

  Valentine's Vets are fantastic. My cat, Dougie, has been registered with them for the past 6-7 years and they're such a lovely team. The receptionists are always so friendly, chatty and profressional, and the vets are fantastic. Kirsty is so knowledgeable and reassuring, she's helped to get Dougie's allergies under control, and everyone there has provided excellent care to my boy over the years. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Very much recommend this vet, like a lot of pet parents, i always have anxiety about my fur babies being poked and prodded in an unfamiliar environment and leaving them in someone else's care but they were amazing with my princess. They were patient and gentle with her, they handled her with care. I also received all the reassurance i needed. I felt comfortable leaving her in their care to be spayed. They also did her chip and first round of injections while she was already sleeping 🥰 i am confident we now have a forever Vet for both my cat and dog. Thank you to Alice specifically, who took great care of us both. The receptionists are wonderful too, attentive, caring and very polite.

  Brilliant customer service today from Stacey. My Grace has started medication for life and was unsure how to claim on insurance and was given all the advice and help needed plus how to order the medication. So pleased with this practice plus they have parking. Thanks again Stacey love Gracie Bear 😀🐾🐕

  I honestly can’t imagine there’s a better vets out there. The whole team at Castleton have been out of this world. Most of the time a vets is ‘just a vets’ but when it counts and your fur baby needs help these guys go wayyyy above and beyond. I was unfortunately in a position where my dog was chronically unwell. They worked around the clock to think of solutions and make sure she was getting the help she needed. The best part though is how at ease my dog always was and still is going here, the amount of love and care this whole team put into her was outstanding, I felt at ease leaving her in there care knowing they would do their absolute best. They made me feel supported, no question was a silly one and they explained things in a way I understood. I can tell from the numerous times I’ve been here that the whole team love their job and that shines through. I can’t thank this vets enough for how they treated myself and my lovely Ember. We’ve still got a bit of a road left to travel to get her to full health but I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend this vets. When it counts, they really do go above and beyond in every way and I trust them wholeheartedly!
