  Dreadful place. Joined their pet club and due to my father in law dying and their automated messages not received, I didn't pick up my worm and flea treatment that i had paid for. So instead of giving me what i had paid for! They said no sorry, i wasn't to receive anything! I wasn't refunded the £75 was owed. No sympathy, had to chase twice to get this reply. They offered me a £10 refund instead! I just wanted the flea treatment I had paid for and owed, but no. I'm going to seek legal advice now, as this is theft! Absolutely appalled by the Wootton Bassett team . Hence, I'll be leaving asap and joining another vets.

  I have a very beautiful rescue dog and I am doing all I can to keep her but it's so worrying day to day if she needs veterinary help. I give her everything as regards good diet, exercise but I just couldn't afford emergency treatment. I can only ask for PDSA help.

  Very very poor. Several bad experiences which have left me not wanting to return. The main problem is the vet wasn’t able to diagnose a common issue with my dogs breed and prescribed overpriced painkillers as a precaution. Despite painkillers and rest, my dogs condition was not improving, we called them to be told wait and see how things go for a few more days (despite my dog being in a lot of pain). We decided to go for a second opinion at another local vets, within entering the building they diagnosed my dogs condition - something which may have required immediate surgery at a specialist! Thankfully our dog has now fully recovered.

  Will go that extra mile to help you with your pets. Staff VERY helpful and my kids and animals love all the staff. Worked there magic on my little penny (cat) after her accident last year. Now she is full of life and nothing gets in her way. X
