I have had issues with repeat flea & wormer medication should be given every 3 months The practice send a Tex saying the medication is due then I’ve got to get into contact with them to reorder and then collect Surly it makes sense for the practice to order the items then notify me with that Tex so I know it’s ready to collect in the first instance RECEPTIONIST TEAM COULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL

I am very disappointed with your vets actions I was told that subscription to pet health club would save me money so I joined on a monthly basis, after attending one of his heath club and looking at Watson the nurse Decided she would get a vet to look at his ears, she walked in to the room looked inside and told her there’s nothing wrong , I joined this pet health club to save money Then I was billed with a vet consultation that I didn’t ask for ( very expensive for 15 seconds work ) I then decided after being billed for this ( I didn’t need the pet health club anymore as I will be billed , Then I’ve received a bill for over £80 for stopping the heath club ( that was offered to me to save money) all it’s done has cost me money for nothing from yourselves Then you sent it to a collection agency ( absolutely shocking behaviour) from a vets I’ve Used for nearly 20 years You have now lost a long term customer and I will be moving my dog Watson to another vets All I can see is shaw vets have turned into a money grabbing business and you don’t care about your customers

The lady at the desk is very touchy about customer service. She's defensive when you ask nicely about where you are in the queue after a nearly 1 hour wait. If someone is polite, don't take it personal I prefer the Dorcan one due to their customer service.

So happy with Shaw Vets. Always a warm welcome on arrival. Separate areas for cats and dogs. Each time I see Tessa I feel my nineteen year old cat is in the best hands and that she really cares. Because of Buttercup's advanced age I may need out of hours care and how to reach them was explained to me at my last appointment. Highly recommended for loving pet care.
