out visit today was lovely, very welcoming reception staff and the Vet Becca was incredible. Nothing was rushed, she spent a long time getting to know and examine our little gecko Poppy, she was really knowledgeable and gave great advice. I would highly recommend a visit.

What a breath of fresh air. The first question was: ‘How is Lizzie and what is the problem’. Not IS YOUR ANIMAL INSURED! I was given HONEST advice with OPTIONS, not pushed down a particularly expensive route. The result of my consultations, so far, has been positive with Lizzie responding well to medication. It was made very clear to me that her heart condition cannot be cured but may be managed, giving her a better quality of life. It’s still a fingers crossed situation at present, but very happy with the care and consideration shown to both Lizzie and myself. Highly recommended. N
