Thank you for the care you gave my 12yr old dog Millie. Gemma was her main Vet in Gorseinon from day one (2013) and especially over the last year and I am so grateful for the care Millie received even at the very end. I'm in tears writing this as i miss her so much but thankful she is no longer in pain. Kindest wishes to you all.

Wholly unethical practice, only concerned with parting as much money from clients as possible. Our dog had an inner ear infection & an appointment was booked. Explained that he's suffering identical symptoms to when my previous dog had had an inner ear infection. Told by Tawe Vets that unless a CT scan was given at a cost of between 2 -3 thousand pounds, antibiotics could not be prescribed. The vet refused to even try a course of antibiotics without an excessive scan payment. The only other option we were given was euthanasia -unnecessary euthanasia. An option given to try to emotionally bully us into a payment we didn't have. We took the dog the another vets, where a physical exam was done & the vet agreed an inner ear infection was the cause & prescribed antibiotics. Our dog is now on the mend & hasn't had to be put to sleep because of a refusal to adequately treat him & refusal to try antibiotics without an expensive CT scan. Relying on the fact that most people don't know what's wrong with their pet or what treatment is required, they're clearly more concerned with their rising profits than the pets they claim to care for

The vets here are outstanding. Soooo kind and gentle. Gemma, Yolande, Alison and the wonderful vet we saw today who managed to shave our bite-loving shih tzu, haha. He's sooo much happier tonight. And the reception staff are amazing too. We travel from Pontardawe to Gorseinon/Sketty and will never swap. A+++++++++++

Again another difficult experience. Really hard when I have to go monthly with my little dog being unwell and wish he wasn't. Today I had to take my 1 year old too which Is hard enough even when the appointment is on tine The vet was 40 minutes late and the answer was that he was sent to the wrong place. Our appointment was a rearrangement by the vets because of thier changes. Then it all becomes a rush because other people are waiting and when leaving (just an injection) they nearly charged me more than double until i challenged it. Ladies on counter did then realise and correct thankfulky. I know these things happen sometimes but everytime I now go, i expect something to happen.... 😮‍💨

I am so glad I left Tawe vets lots of issues but the final straw was being told I had to wait 12 months to have my cat spayed. Left for St James surgery Penllergaer, my cat was booked to be spayed in 2 weeks. The quality of service is super different level all together.
