Sorry but how is this place 5 stars took my cat as had lost weight they said he needed blood test … while they had him there they would clean his backside and trim some hair knots as he had messed himself they said this would cost £450 … I nearly fell through the floor but they know best so I agreed, my wife went to pick him up and some how for doing exactly what they said they would do for £450 the bill was now £481 … I would not mind a bit more but to have my cat come home covered and stinking of shit with clumps everywhere was absolutely disgusting !!! Google how much a blood test for a cat costs and see if this place are on par… this is how well they cleaned my cat

Absolutely the best veterinary experience I've had in the area. The place was calm, layout is fabulous, the staff were all amazing. The vet himself, Richard, could have made me cry in how honest he was, explained everything so I understood, didn't try to sell anything, just an all around pleasant experience. Absolutely reccomend this place and have officially changed all my cats over today

Neutered our kitten a few weeks ago. The doctors are really professional, kind and welcoming. They did everything so careful, tiny stitches which are almost invisible, healed without any problems. Kitten did not have any problems after anesthesia, they told us to leave him there until around 4 pm (the surgery was around 10-11). As soon as we picked him up, he was already fine, clingy and happy. No pain, no stress. They also always helped us with any other problems such as flea treatment and consultations where they ruled out the problem and provided the immediate treatment. They have very convenient online booking system and they do not have appointments days aways like other clinics. And on top there are no dogs so no stress for your fluffy puffs :) If you looking for a place where your cat will be treated with care, this is the right place.

Cannot thank the team at the clinic enough. Brought our boy, Nimbus in on Tuesday as he was was showing some worrying symptoms. The team at Swansea Cat Clinic accommodated us immediately and we were able to bring Nimbus in straight away. My utmost gratitude to Richard and Owain for the last few days. Nimbus stayed with the clinic for 2 days and upon picking him up today I had my beautiful, funny, playful, affectionate boy back to his old self! Both Richard and Owain were unbelievably reassuring and are so so good at what they do, it’s clear to see that this is far more than a job to them. All four of our cats are registered with the clinic and I trust the whole team wholeheartedly with my babies, every time we have needed them, the entire team have shown how much care and dedication they have for every cat. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at the clinic for being there through a very difficult few days. Thank you to the lovely ladies on reception who answered all my many calls and questions with patience and compassion, even talking to me about their own interactions with my boy. Thank you so so much Richard and Owain, we are so so grateful for your work 💕

Excellent. They Saw Artie at very short notice (he was having problems peeing). He liked both vets, although he hates injections and tablets, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
