I am absolutely devastated writing this. I trusted this practice with my cat’s care as I had used them for many years, and I feel they completely failed her. Over the course of 6 weeks, she was repeatedly misdiagnosed, and her condition was not properly investigated despite ongoing symptoms and clear signs something was seriously wrong. Throughout this time, I felt there was far more focus on suggesting increasingly expensive procedures than on genuinely understanding or resolving her illness. I raised concerns multiple times, but they were dismissed or brushed aside. Looking back, it feels like opportunities to properly diagnose and treat her were missed. What makes this even harder is reviewing the history notes and feeling they do not accurately reflect what was discussed or the severity of her condition at the time. This has only added to my frustration and grief. Today (3 weeks later), at just a year and a half old, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down. I can’t help but feel that better care, more attention, and more honesty could have led to a different outcome. I would strongly urge others to seek a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right or DO NOT USE AT ALL. My experience has left me feeling that this practice prioritises profit over genuine care for animals, and I would not trust them again. I'm still waiting to hear back from them for a complaint that was put in 2 weeks ago when she was still alive... Southchurch Vets4Pets was very honest with us and helped us put her down with ease and I will continue to use them.

The reception staff is really friendly and helpful. All the vet staff are brilliant—they saved my furry friend last year, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The care they provide to Leo is incredible. Thank you for all your help! I trust them completely with my furry friend. Highly recommended vet surgery in town.
