  I really appreciated the kindness and sensitivity me and my elderly cat were shown by the team. Hannah, one of the vets was incredibly thoughtful, helpful and supportive when I bought my beloved senior cat in to be put to sleep. Other vets from other practices could learn a lot from her regarding their treatment of distressed clients. After my cat was euthanized, the team placed a sign on the reception desk explaining that a client had lost a beloved pet, and requested a respectful tone in the reception area. They also lit a candle to commemorate the loss of my cat. I didn't know this calibre of service was possible. Can't thank them enough. Take your pets to these people. They genuinely care. Thank you, Hannah and the rest of the team

  I really can't thank the team enough for their kindness when I brought my darling guinea pig in to be put to sleep. The vet Kamila was so genuinely caring at a very difficult time and the receptionist who greeted me took me straight through to sit in a quiet room to say my goodbyes. Then she came back to bring water and a hug. Thank you all so much.

  I’ve recently moved here and used this vet’s for my very old deaf frail cat and I have to say the staff here are absolutely amazing, so gentle and kind and caring. They always treat Georgie cat so nicely and with care. Lovely !

  I had an appointment for my elderly cat today at Vets for Pets Southend and she was seen by such a lovely team of people. The vet was so caring and gentle and carried out a thorough examination and gave me various options for treatments and arranged for a nurse to remove the very matted areas of her fur to save me from stressing my cat out with an additional visit. The receptionists are lovely too, so helpful and friendly. Thank you all so very much for your help and time today.

  My cat Vida is a real character, she ingested some poisonous food by accident ( human food with garlic) and I was in a real panic. I have had two appointments within the same week where blood tests were performed and results were quickly shared with me with follow up calls. Vida is doing well and ready to be naughty again, but hopefully that won’t involve poisonous food. I can’t thank the vets and nurses enough for the care and speed service. Your dedication means a lot. Once again, thank you! Thank you
