Worst thing that could ever happen is we lost our most loved baby. So for this practise then to NOT supply fur viles and paw print after cremation and after we requested them was an absolute disaster. We’ll never forgive them for this. Just seems all about £££££. If I could give zero I would.

I visited this clinic today for the first time with two of my animals for there yearly vaccination. Parking was easy on the roadside and the surgery was warm, bright and clean. Louise on reception was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Veterinary wise I was seen by Nadia who was lovely. She was very smiley, welcoming and had a great knowledge of animals. She gave the two girls a little treat and it didn't feel like a transactional experience like some vets do. You could tell she genuinely had a passion for her work and was an animal lover herself. I'd trust her to look after any of my animals. I can 100% recommend this veterinary clinic and will definitely be using them for all of my animals going forward. Please let Nadia know Mookie has now eaten her treat. Thank you.

We just moved to the area and registered with CVVC after reading these reviews. We have 5 rescues. I took our most nervous dog for his medication. The staff...reception, nurses and vet were all so kind and patient with him. It is such a relief to know our furbabies will be in such kind and understanding hands.

It is an absolutely fantastic veterinary practice. They have had to mend many of our four-legged lovelies over the years 🐾 Everyone who works in there are wonderful. They take the time to listen to any questions or worries you may have without any kind of judgement. I can not fault them in any way 🙏🏽 Recently, one of our dogs was seen by a lovely vet. She took her time to work out what was wrong with him. Most of this was done while she fussed the dog and answered all my questions. I was handed a prescription, and once filled, away we went. He's had a week of meds so far, and the difference in him is super shocking. The constant nibbling on the leg has almost stopped. Thank you all so very much. So far, so good. 🐾
