Bought my 3 baby rats to them and it was the best vets experience I’ve ever had. Am now registered there! All the staff including the front desk ladies were so lovely and actually interested in the pets I brought to them. The lovely vet Jake even said they were his best clients that day. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Would just like to thank Jake for his help with Sox this week. The fact he knew who we were & remembered our previous visit spoke volumes. Handled us very sensitively & with respect & no pressure. Made a difficult morning way more bearable.

The staff are very professional. Very polite. Very caring and extremely considerate. I received a phone call from a lady who works here and she informed me that my cat was found dead at the side of the road. This is not good news to pass on but her voice was perfect. When I arrived to collect my cat for burial the staff we very polite, considerate and prompt. Thank you for everything you have done.

Highly recommend. Haven't been to Edgewood's for some time and visited this morning. Saw a lovely helpful vet who was very patient with my dog who is slightly nervous. Answered all my questions and took her time. Having read in the press horror stories regarding charging of late I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the bill. Reception staff were polite, friendly and sent me the information they promised immediately. Really positive all round experience. Thank you

Our dog managed to eat Nurofen capsules, probably 2, and became so very ill. She was in acute kidney failure Jurgen got a hold of her problem and simply did not give up on what was a desperately ill dog; researched, read about, gave it everything for 8 nights of grave concern for her life. We prayed BIG time.. many, many people did..for Jurgen to be wise and knowledgable, and for our 5&1/2 year old mini-poodle. Every member of staff was totally wonderful toward us..every single one... the care and treatment she received went above and beyond..and so loving and caring - we were deeply moved. Miraculously, after 5 days she suddenly gave a changed result from a blood test , better than anyone ever expected..and that was a tiny turning point. Now, after 3 or so weeks, we have had the best news: her blood results are perfect. We are beyond grateful to everyone for our dog being healed..thank you seems a minuscule word but it is meant from our hearts ... thank you and God bless all your work with the animals brought to you... Peter & Fiona
