  Following issues with current vet ending up with £1400 bill for her to be in exactly same condition on discharge booked this practice on recommendation for second opinon. My cat has considerable underlying issues and also under Southfields. Saw Mark. Brilliant although our cat poorly clearly far less stressed with him. He gave us clear advice, patiently answered all questions something our other vet did not and discussed options.Went above and beyond absolutely open and honest about she would be better off at Southfields as he would do what they will to stabilise her and he would then transfer her. Went out his way to liaise with them, do full handover and arranged referral even though only booked for consultation taking time up. Even got us estimated costs as we had concerns having paid out £1400 day before.Apologies to those behind us delayed. She is now in care of Southfields and awaiting an update. She will all being well transferring to this practice along with our other cat asap. Massive thanks Mark for all your help to a very stressed owner.

  I’ve been with Earls for about three years and they’re always wonderful . But this week they truly showed just how wonderful they all are by saving my dogs life. They handled both my dog and me with so much care and professionalism I owe them everything. Thankyou team ❤️

  Amazing. After long drive home from Yorkshire with our dog, got in to find a tick on him. (I can’t remove them). I rang to make an appointment and they said to get straight round. They were busy with emergencies but got a nurse to see him, who was so lovely and removed so calm and seamlessly. This practice are always so very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I trust and totally recommend them ..

  I had my female kitten spayed at the surgery by Ian the cats protection league issued me with a voucher for the procedure…so I didn’t have to pay the full amount… I was pleased with the service they provided for my kitten she was fine after surgery she went back for a 2-day post op check then again at 10days..no issues...photos are from day one after surgery 4th April then buster collar & onesie on up until now 30th April the incision hardly noticeable has healed up nicely 👌🏼 Thank you I would recommend the Vets 👍🏼

  I was a client at Earls Hall for 40 years from the individual ownership days through to CVS. Gone are the times of feeling that your pet was truly valued. My much loved dog was very poorly and sadly euthanasia was the best option for him due to his illness and old age. I always knew that I wanted this to be in his own home. Unfortunately no vet could do this at home for two and a half days which I felt very let down by. I had to arrange this with a private vet who came to my home the same day. He gave him a very peaceful and dignified end. At the end of the day I am grateful for that but not to Earls Hall Vets whom I feel let my dog down and didn’t even contact me afterwards after 14 years of him being in there care. Would I use Earls Hall Vets again… No I would not.
