Highly recommend!! I’ve had two rabbits pass recently and visited this vets. The staff there are just so incredible, both times I’ve fallen apart and both times I’ve been supported like family, all the staff went above and beyond with getting a keep sake, calling me days later to check on me and sent a hand written card with the sweetest words. Can’t recommend them enough!
Read on Google →Had to get my 12 year old rabbit out to sleep a few weekends ago as she was struggling to use one of her back legs. As a 24/7 vet we took her in on a Sunday and wasn't really offered any other options but pts, given her age even though she perked up on site I agreed. We were left to say our goodbyes but the service felt pretty un personal and rushed. I've had several pets over my lifetime and it's always hard to say goodbye but generally the vets will offer medication and tests to investigate. Likewise normally a condolences card is very the minimum in terms of follow up but nothing from medivet here either.
Read on Google →Took my 11 week old kitten here to get vaccinated and microchipped. Vet and staff were amazing and so helpful. We set up an annual plan of £14.50 a month which included and covered all his vaccinations, microchipping and 2 6 monthly health checks and flea and worming medication for the year. Highly recommend this option if you have a kitten.
Read on Google →Thank you to the entire medivet night team. My sausage dog had ingested a dangerous foreign body, I called medivet and they saw him straight away. They treated him safely, reassured us and did not add any unnecessary costs/treatments. I paid upfront for the service and after contacting my insurance company, medivet also completed the forms and sent them off for me which took all the extra stress out of the situation. Really great service and they saved my little mini sausage dog! (special thanks to Carmen for the help!)
Read on Google →Good service all the time. The only problem is they want money upfront and won't accept your insurance provider until after you've paid full price of treatments, this hasn't been an issue but I am nervous for the future, incase our fur babies need emergency treatment we can't afford upfront. I understand why it's done like that but it's making it harder to rescue/own pets. Maybe there are other options but that is not advertised openly. Aside from this I have no issues, everyone is friendly and communicate really well, I have no concerns in their abilities to care for my cats.
