Extremely happy with all the treatment and care from vets4pets , amazing staff who always show affection to our puppy. The monthly plan is great as it includes any vet visits and consultations. The Medication cost has been very reasonable (compaired to other vets we have used) after our puppy took ill. Would definitly recomend.

We registered our pets at V4P in Rhyl shortly after relocating to the area. Sarah and Ian have been extremely helpful at each visit. The team of vets have been so supportive in our efforts to give our beloved French Bulldog the best quality of life during her terminal illness. Thank you to all at Vets4Pets Rhyl. A wonderful team!

We have been with Vets4Pets for just over three years with three beautiful boys. Sadly, we lost our one dog ‘Anuck’ yesterday on the 3rd July and we cannot thank the vets enough for what they did. A week before, we took him to the vets to which they gave him antibiotics and anti-inflammatory injections followed up by a full blood test, check over and more antibiotics to be sent home with. They even tried to get him to eat some food while at one appointment due to him not wanting to eat. Yesterday morning we woke up to find him more unwell after slowly getting better and rung for an emergency appointment to explain what the situation was and have him checked out; he was on his way to the vets when he passed away in the car. Upon arriving, the vet was ready and we informed him of the passing and they assisted us outside checking him out before we brought him inside. They allowed us to cry and to let everything out while allowing us to say our final goodbyes and inform us of the next steps. They did not charge us anything for the emergency appointment and time we had taken from other appointments. They allowed Anuck to have his dignity until the Funeral home picked him up and took care of him from there. The entire team of Vets4Pets have always been brilliant with our boys who are extremely hyper and loving, but they have shown Anuck comfort and confidence where he lacked due to previous years with another family. Thank you for everything, especially Jose and Sean. To those who are looking for a place where it is extremely clear they care for each animal, please look no further.
