Had to make the very difficult decision to have our little cat, Tom, put to sleep yesterday. Emma had seen him throughout his final illness and had been so gentle, sympathetic and honest with us. His final moments were surrounded by love and gentleness and, after a very good 14 year life, he died peacefully and with dignity. Very glad that we moved to Caerwys Vets and can't praise them enough.

The amazing staff that work here are incredible. They have always gone above and beyond to go the extra mile. They even stayed open to see us in an emergency when no other local vets near me had availability or they were closing. I would definitely recommend this vets and their other surgery in Rhyl.

Zoe saved my family cat from the brink of death 3 years ago, she’s still fit and healthy. She also helped to give my other family cat an extra few months with us before we had to make the very tough decision. I have had terrible experiences myself at other vet practices with my last dog so decided to register my new puppy with Caerwys even though it is a little further away, at least I know I can trust them. I have received exceptional service and my little Sally has had the best care. Lauren and Emma have been fantastic with us and have both made a good fuss of my puppy. You can tell everyone at the practice loves animals and they never leave you waiting. I called at 9am on a Sunday and they saw me swiftly after. They also charge fairly and are much better priced than other practices. Couldn’t recommend enough!✨

We were staying in Caerwys on holiday and our little collie injured her leg quite badly. The practice saw her within an hour of us phoning on Wednesday and were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The next morning I called up for some help and again they saw her really quickly, we were made to feel like it was no trouble, and they were just lovely. The service overall was excellent and the costs were really competitive too! We visit quite regularly and it's really reassuring to know there is a great practice nearby! Thank you so much, we really appreciate your help ❤️
