I am greatly disappointed and angry at your negligence and irresponsibly when it comes to what is in the animals best interests. As any animal owner will agree, we will take a "professionals" advice to support the needs our animals needs as we want whats best for them but when said animal passes away at a young age due to a careless mistake made by your team it is deeply devastating. I hope your practice gets investigated as after reading the reviews, this isn't the first time you've made a thoughtless mistake!

Absolutely fantastic and friendly service. Not registered with them, had a potentially major issue with our dog, called out of hours and called back within minutes. Courteous, professional, sorted details on the 'phone, agreed a prescription, went and collected next day. There is nothing negative to say, and platitudes just don't cut it. Great vet. A+ recurring.
