Don’t use the pet plan service, and cancel it after paying for a number of years, no matter your circumstance “cancer” , they do not care and refer you to debt collectors, no emails, no phone calls just a letter from the debt collectors. Nice service!!!!

Couldn't recommend a better vets, they've helped my dogs twice for urgent matters and when I've needed advice. They always put your pets first.

I phoned Celyn vets late on a Friday for advice and book an appointment for my 18 year old best friend 🐈… he didn’t make it through the night unfortunately and I was with him till the end. I informed Celyn vets what happened and cancelled my appointment out of respect. I did not spend a penny in this process 🤷🏻‍♂️, I just received a condolence card from the staff from Holywell and the young lady that took my call, I would like to say extra thanks 🙏🏼 for how you delt with my questions, whilst still being professional and ultimately being compassionate 🫶🏼🙇🏻‍♂️ thank you all 🫡

I had a review for my dog’s monthly injection with a nurse called Amy. We regularly visit the practice as my Labrador has bilateral angle limb deformity, limited mobility and requires management of his pain. Amy was incredible, and for the first time of very steep vet’s bills due to the intensity of his condition, Amy offered discussion around costs and I was made aware of ways of reducing the costs and support for my pet as he becomes more disabled with his condition. Amy was very friendly with both my pet and myself, highly professional, extremely kind and understanding. I would highly recommend the surgery. The reception staff are very welcoming, the nurses and vets friendly and Harvey gets very excited attending the surgery, even if that’s partially because he’s spoiled with the gravy bones before he leaves! Thank you all.
