We recently took our new kitten, Winnie, for her first appointment and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about her wellbeing from the moment we arrived. The vet was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Winnie received her first vaccinations, including the optional Feline Leukaemia Virus vaccine, and we were given helpful advice on feeding, flea treatment, and worming. As first-time kitten owners, we really appreciated having all of our questions answered without feeling rushed. The team made Winnie feel comfortable and handled her with kindness throughout the appointment. It was reassuring to know she was in such good hands. We left feeling confident about her care and what we need to do to help her grow into a healthy, happy cat. Thank you to everyone at the practice for taking such good care of Winnie. We would highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care for their pets.

Not too sure where to message or who to message about a review or just some words of appreciation really. I bought kitty my cat in on Friday the 29th of June as an emergency as she was in active labour and I had fear of a kitten being stuck, a quick scan revealed my fear was all for good reason so she had to go for an Emergency Cesarean 😓 sadly we lost 2 of the babies but the staff worked so so hard together to save all they could. When I got the phone call to say that kitty had been so strong and made it through perfectly, has been spayed and microchipped too whilst under, and to hear that two kittens had made it but were very weak was so heart warming but worrying too. The comfort and advice that the staff members offered where next to none, even the offer off fostering the kittens if I wasn’t confident with them. Will all the advice I received I went off and got everything I needed to hand rear 2 kittens, I stayed up to feed them every 2 hours as told and they proved all of us wrong🥺 what fighters they have been, both of them are so so strong, opened their eyes today on the morning of their day 10 check up and just stole everyone’s hearts 🥰I honestly have no words that could show my appreciation towards the staff, they have all been so amazing and without them I would’ve lost my kitty that day💗 honestly Rhyl practice should be proud of the team they have created I will never go else where 💞

We had to have our beautiful Zak put to sleep today. He had lead an active life but his age 17 years old had got the better of him. We cannot praise Jessica and the Pets Trust highly enough. All the staff from reception, nurses, and the vet were superb.Zak passed peacefully in my arms. We were given clips of his hair and a copy of his paw prints. We have seen quite a few different vets over many years but these were exceptional. Thankyou so much for making us including Zak feeling so loved. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

cant fault this vet practice. I have been around the blocks looking for answers for my dog, spending so much money and getting nowhere. 1 appointment gave me answers and improved the quality of life for my dog without breaking the bank. The vets and staff are so thorough, kind and approachable. I am so glad I was recommended this practice. I will be sure to recommend to anyone
