My dog is in and out of the vets all the time she is a bulldog breed and is prone to infections. The vet I saw yesterday was amazing! Her name was Amy! She was brilliant with my dog Bubbles, she made such a fuss of her and my dog equally loves coming to the vets because of the fuss she gets. But also Amy has found a solution to my dogs skin problems and also my dogs ear infection. Her ear is only on day 2 of treatment and is already clearing. I highly recommend pennard vets I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Bubbles may need to be on allergy tablets ongoing but Amy has said she will monitor this, I’m just happy to get answers and understand why Bubbles is always in the wars. Very happy!

We've tried a few veterinary practices during the past 15 years and Pennards in West Malling are light years ahead of them all. Pennards really do care. Unlike many of their competitors, whose main focus is to extract as much money from your pocket as they possibly can. A great place and a great team.

I find that whoever you see, the vets are very kind, friendly and professional. I took both my cats recently and one of them is a divva and turns wild but the vet wouldn't give up until she had finished treatment. Definitely worth taking your pets there.

The team at West Malling Vets have always been so friendly, patient and genuinely caring. Every vet, nurse and receptionist we’ve met has been brilliant with Forest and with us. They’re always helpful with any queries, whether in person or via the PetsApp, and we always feel well looked after.

Lovely vets, brilliant with animals, very friendly and give all the information you need about treatment, I am more than happy with all the care my dogs have had from them, thay will also tell you if treatment is not a medical treatment if it is cheaper to buy on line, very, very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.
