  Couldn’t get an appointment at my usual veterinary office, and was asked if I could get to East Malling. The practice was lovely and staff were friendly. The vet I saw she was really lovely as my dog is very anxious she was very attentive. I will be going back to this practice in the future! Full five star given for the new practice.

  I have just signed up to the new branch in East Malling. Lovely premises with easy parking. It’s spacious and light. We had a lovely warm reception from the staff, and the vet was very thorough and helpful. It was unrushed, very relaxed and reassuring which I really appreciated (as did my dogs).
