A wonderful empathetic vet practice with lovely helpful staff who understand the reasons you’re there are not in the nicest circumstances. ‘Wipes the floor’ with my last vets who left me traumatised when abrasives euthanising my last two lovely dogs. I travel an hour return to use this practice, an empathetic welcome is guaranteed. The staff love my dog Ozzy (as I do!) and pet him which is lovely to see and what I’ve NEVER seen in 50 years at other vets. . This is how it should be as we’re not there for great reasons normally are we?? Would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing veterinary care! Even if I didn't live locally, I would still travel to stay registered at this surgery. Every single member of the team we have encountered is lovely, but in particular, Dr. Lucy and Dr. Pedro have been completely invaluable to us over the past couple of years. They expertly managed several complex health issues with our elderly rabbit. Having two highly experienced exotics specialists available is so reassuring; their knowledge, warmth, and genuine kindness are unmatched. We could not have felt more supported and cared for, particularly over this past year as we navigated a devastating cancer diagnosis and the eventual loss of our beloved rabbit. They made a heartbreaking time so much easier to bear. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used sandhole since we got our dachshund and they have been fantastic. They have great availability and are always very friendly on the phone. Frida actually likes her trips to the vets as everyone here is so nice and friendly.

I couldn't recommend enough. Me and my partner had possibly the worst diagnosis for our one year old cat but we felt we were so well informed the entire time and everyone cared so much for our cat. The reception team is so welcoming and compassionate such as when I was upset they offered me water and even managed to cheer me up a bit. The nurses were so lovely and even stayed to help us give him one of his tablets when I could tell they were closing up which was so kind. And Dr Pedro fit him in even though he was fully booked to make sure he got everything he needed. I couldn't be happier with the practice and how they have dealt with this horrible situation we have had. Thank you to everyone on the team.

The best vets i've ever been to, every single member of staff I spoke to was kind and compassionate and really care about the animals you bring in. Both Pedro and Lucy were fantastic and really listened to all my concerns and gave me the confidence I was doing the right thing for my birds. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and dealt with all my questions and emergency calls so well and never made me feel like I was asking too much. A huge thank you from myself and baby Nugget :)
