Warren house vets are utterly spot on . Molly my cat never likes the vets but she was made to feel comfortable with the attendance.

This is my first experience with a vets practice with my first pet (puppy). The receptionist was polite and helpful on the phone when booking the appointment and very friendly and welcoming when we came to the practice. The veterinarian/nurse was very pleasant; made a big fuss of my dog and was very patient answering all my questions. They offer pet plan which is very useful to spread cost of routine vaccinations and treatments. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Took my dog today for his routine anal gland appointment. He usually goes to the Lordswood branch, but today he went to Walderslade and we saw Chloe. The whole appointment was actually a pleasure from start to finish, my dog was made a massive fuss of and we both felt very looked after! Thank you x

Incredible veterinary surgery. Have been using them for over twenty years now. Michelle Hadley and Naomi are second to none when it comes to experience and knowledge. The ladies on reception (especially Sue and Pam) are always kind, caring, considerate and just beyond helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kevin is loved here as were our previous boys, Gary and Steve. Kindness personified.
