I’m a breeder, I brought our pups here for their checkups and vaccinations because they are one of the few vets that still offer the Lepto 2. I will be bringing all my dogs here in future, it’s a fantastic surgery, with brilliant facilities, it’s very clean, modern and the staff are wonderful. We saw a fantastic lady vet who, along with the lovely nurses spent plenty of time fussing over our pups, and making their first visit to the vets a really positive one. 10/10 service Nobody questioned our choice of vaccination either, which I’m really grateful for, just lovely, helpful, brilliant service and staff. It’s nice visiting too, as they are on a working farm. It’s nice to see livestock guardian dogs doing their job, I’m actually looking forward to going back!
Read on Google →Outstanding, excellent, friendly, highly informative, helpful and caring, are the first words that come to mind, about all the staff at Noah's Ark Vet Clinic. They also go above and beyond in their approach and reassurance to both the pet and owner. Visiting Noah's Ark has certainly been the best veterinary experience I have ever had. After taking on a 12 year old springer spaniel, on long term foster (ltf) from Spaniel Aid, they have been extremely helpful and supportive in dealing with his health, as well as kind and understanding in their approach to a very scared and reactive dog. They are also happy to deal with the administration of working with an outside organisation and setting up an account with them, as well as keeping me in the loop, when many other practices weren't. I cannot recommend Noah's Ark Vet Clinic highly enough, and thank all the staff for their work and continued support for Charlie, the lft springer.
Read on Google →Noah's Ark are an absolutely amazing Vets! They (literally) saved my dog's life when I'd been told by my (then) Vet that he needed a referral for a £10,000 operation or to be Euthanised the following day. I telephoned 3 other vets and they all told me the same thing - then I phoned Noah's Ark and the rest is history! Loxley has been given another chance at life and there's been no expensive, life threatening surgery in sight. Loxley (who is a nervous dog) has had ultra sound scans and blood tests and they've all been done with no sedation, which just goes to show how much he trusts them. They are truly wonderful, caring people who GENUINLEY care about your pet (whatever that pet might be). I just cant express my gratitiude toward them. They are friendly and warm and really put your mind at ease. Their prices are reasonable too. I have since recommended them to everybody I meet and have had countless people ask me for their number. A breath of fresh air in a country full of money orientated veterinarian practices. This is a photo of Loxley, loving life again, on holiday just three weeks after he started treatment at Noah's Ark (and three weeks after my previous vet had said he would have to be euthanised).
Read on Google →From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere is calm and professional—a welcome relief for both anxious pets and stressed owners. The medical team here is exceptional. They don’t just treat symptoms; they take the time to explain diagnoses and discuss all available treatment options without making you feel rushed. What really sets Noah’s Ark apart, however, is the genuine compassion shown by the nursing and reception staff. Their pricing is transparent and extremly fair, which is refreshing in the current climate. If you are looking for top-tier clinical care delivered with a personal touch in Kent, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Please do give them a try 🙏
Read on Google →I took my 8 month old puppy Rosie to Noah’s Ark Vet Clinic for an operation to correct her umbilical hernia, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, which really helped ease mine, my partners and my pups nerves. The receptionist Jade was amazing, from booking us the appointment right through to the end. Her knowledge as a receptionist was outstanding and her support and communication from start to finish was second to none. The vet Rushda took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and impressed me the way she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions without rushing. Kelly the nurse was lovely and attentive. You could really tell that they all genuinely care about the animals. Overall, it was a massively positive experience, and I felt confident that my little scruff was in good hands. If you're looking for a vet who truly values their patients and their owners, this is the place to go!
