  Took my dog for her six monthly check (even though she is unwell) and the Vet was absolute brilliant. Very calm polite and inquisitive. All procedures were carried out and everything explained.

  The staff were incredibly helpful and caring with my dog. They took the time to offer advice before I even booked an appointment to have his skin checked, which I really appreciated. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and compassionate. I’ve been bringing Bluey here for his vaccinations and whenever he has issues with his allergies, and the care he receives is consistently excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary practice.

  One morning last week, one of our dogs collapsed in the garden. We still have no idea why. We rang Medivet who said bring her straight down. We were seen immediately, had a blood test and an MRI with results straight away. Without further tests, it was still a mystery but the bloods & MRI were good. By now she had improved a little and we were given clear advice, a care strategy and instructions to call again if there was a problem. My wife had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights, but that's the sacrifices we make. There was however, plenty of room on the bed for me. Very pleased with Medivet. Thank you.

  We recently had to put our adorable black lab Lucy to sleep due to cancer. She was 12 and a half . The vet Goncalo Pedreira at Medivet Welling was incredible, he was so professional and empathic and made such a traumatic decision more bearable. It was one of the hardest things we had to do as a family but we stayed until the moment she passed and it was incredibly quick. Tilley at Medivet was amazing she took nose and paw prints and fur clippings for us which we so appreciated. We highly recommend this practice.

  I recently brought my Cat Cissy and Dog Judy to see Davide. He loves animals, clearly, and was so kind and caring to my Cat and Dog. They are both nervous at the Vets, but he instantly put them at ease. He is very professional, experienced and knowledgable. He also thoroughly examined my animals. I'm very grateful for the treatment my animals received. Couldn't wish for a kinder, compassionate Vet. All the Staff here are so friendly and polite. They obviously care for animals. I thoroughly recommend this practice, and won't hesitate bringing my animals again if need be.
