  Reception staff are extremely friendly and attentive, my puppy was triaged within in 3 minutes of walking through the door by a lovely veterinary nurse, was offered drink whilst i waited and my puppy was given lots of attention. The vet was so kind and so thorough, we discussed his condition, he was detailed with his explanation and provided reassurance which put me at ease. My visit was reasonably priced and aftercare was provided. I would recommend this practice.

  Rafael, Katie, Ashleigh, Toni and the whole team at Novivet are the best, most caring and professional team. We moved from another local practice when they opened their doors and we're so glad we did. They took such great care of Stanley in his last 2 years and showed such love and support to all of us as a family when his time came. Nobody talks about what happens behind the scenes afterwards. They quietly and discreetly took care of everything in a non rushed way, Rafi made himself available to spend time with us, reassuring and providing empathy we'll never forget. 💙

  Since we have bringing our puppy to Novivets, we’ve had the best experience, each member of the team has been so helpful, happy, and extremely knowledgeable. For us the important thing is that our puppy feels happy and content at vets. Every experience we’ve had so far, he goes in shaking his bottom, wanting treats and a stroke (even after he’s recent castration and biopsy). Thank you to everyone at Novivets!

  Have been a client with Novivet since April 2025. The Novivet team have been amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, genuinely. Took my dog Honey here for a second opinion and ever since the care she has received is unmatched anywhere else from start to finish. People who genuinely love the job for the animals.   The reception staff and the vet is amazing, so caring to clients and the staff genuinely love the animals they care for. So happy I found this vets, not only for the care and consideration they showed me when I lost my 2 sausage dogs earlier this year but that they make me feel at ease now I have a new puppy as I felt very anxious about getting another dog after losing my other 2 so tragically and so close together.
