  Amazingly caring staff! We cannot thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed our beloved dog during such a difficult time. A very special and heartfelt thank you to the night surgeon, Liron, who saved our dog that night. He truly went above and beyond, keeping us fully informed throughout and explaining everything in detail. The level of care, dedication and effort he put into treating our dog was incredible, it genuinely felt as though he was caring for his own pet. We will always be incredibly grateful to him. A huge thank you also to all the wonderful nurses who looked after our dog. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, compassionate and helpful. Thank you all for everything you did for him and for us. ❤️

  Highly recommend this vet! Visited today on 2 occasions, had an early hours emergency appointment then had to return later in the day as my dog didn’t seem right and I wanted to check she hadn’t gotten worse . The reception staff were so lovely and understanding , which is just what I needed when I was very stressed . The vets were amazing . Ecspecially Mark who I saw on the second visit . He was very friendly, helpful and explained everything thoroughly . What stood out about this vets to me and I’m not sure if I’ve just been going to bad vets previously but was the fact they truly thought about what was best for my dog, they didn’t try and scare me into things that would cost more , that my dog didn’t need at that stage which I have felt like in other places. I’m so glad I came here because I have left my second appointment feeling fully reassured. My dog is now resting peacefully after a highly stressful day.

  My dog had an allergic reaction to something, I rang Mead even though it was a Sunday and they booked her in for that evening, had a little wait due to earlier patient. But vet knew exactly what it was and checked her ears to ensure they were clear. Meds given and some to take home. Having this vets open 24hrs is a god send and very reasonably priced too.

  My dog was treated lovely during our recent visit was made to feel at ease and was even offered a treat for being a good boy! Very efficient and treated immediately. The vet i saw explained that further testing could be done but he reassured me that before paying out for that there were other options to try first which told me it wasn't about cost, as he could have suggested the tests straight away. This gives me great faith in this vets because others would snap your money up quick! Thank you mead vets.

  In my experience this place seems nice, the vets and the nurses and receptionists seem like nice people, and when I needed to take my dog in for emergency treatment they were very helpful. However I do think their prices are a little steep, and when we did bring in our dog they did try suggest that we did it to her. I understand that was probably because of the extent of her injury, but it was quite distressing at the time when I was worried I might loose her.
