My boy Riggs has been with Easipetcare since a puppy and is now 8. We avoid going to the vets as he doesn’t like it (he’s a big baby) but unfortunately we found a lump on his paw and within a rather quick amount of time had to have it and a toe removed. Easipetcare care and their staff in my eyes have gone above and beyond with Riggs, he isn’t the easiest patient by far to deal with every aspect of his care was amazing. The before, the during and the after has all been amazing and I can’t thank them enough ❤️
Read on Google →Always a great service. Been taking my dog for 6 years now and also my cat. Always very helpful. Easy to get an appointment. Over all I think they are very good.
Read on Google →Absolute thieves. Paid for pet plan flea and worm treatment for 10 years. Haven't had any treatment sent to me for 10 months. After I queried it, I got sarcasm from the receptionist, she said they stopped posting it in September, but couldn't answer me why I haven't received anything since march.. Then was told they wouldn't backdate my treatments. So ive paid for 10 months £15 a month for Absolutely nothing. Daylight robbery.
Read on Google →I have used Easipetcare (Dartford branch) for 8 years now and haven't been consistently impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionists to the vets themselves, everyone is kind and compassionate, which goes a long way when your pet is poorly. A special shout out to vet Laura C who I saw today too, I appreciate that she took the time to listen to my concerns and explain treatment fully. Thanks to the whole team!
Read on Google →I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. My 12-year-old dog (with a known heart condition) underwent a dental procedure at Easipetcare Dartford. What followed was a series of issues that I believe raise serious concerns about clinical care and communication. Her procedure was initially cancelled due to a booking error. On another occasion, she was admitted at 8am, prepped for surgery, and then sent home at 4pm because there was no longer time to proceed. When the procedure finally went ahead, pre-operative bloods had already shown signs of infection. Antibiotics were prescribed after surgery, yet they were not dispensed to me due to what the practice later described as a “human error.” At her follow-up appointment, it was assumed she was already receiving these antibiotics when she was not. I was also not informed at the time that her blood pressure had dropped significantly during the procedure. This was only disclosed later in the written complaint response. Shortly after, my dog became acutely unwell — she collapsed, could not stand, and would not eat or drink. Repeat blood tests showed the infection was still present and there were new kidney abnormalities that had not been identified previously. The practice has acknowledged that the antibiotics were not dispensed and that errors occurred in the discharge process. While they later offered repeat blood tests and antibiotics as a “goodwill gesture,” this does not reflect the reality of the situation. These were not optional extras, but necessary follow-up care after the original treatment plan was not carried out correctly. Although my dog is now recovering after finally receiving the appropriate treatment, the overall handling of her care — including missed medication, lack of communication, and multiple points of failure — has significantly impacted my trust. The concern here is not a single isolated mistake, but a series of breakdowns in care and processes. I would strongly encourage other pet owners to carefully check discharge medications and ask detailed questions before leaving the practice.
