  Love Medivet Petts Wood - everyone has treated our cat with so much kindness and patience. A huge shoutout to Lauren - the Head Vet Nurse - I had some questions around our cat’s behaviour and general anxiety about being a new cat parent and Lauren treated me with so much understanding. Lauren took the time to provide helpful advice and give her expertise. I left feeling a bit lighter and more confident.
