I had been with this vets for many years and was happy with the care my dogs received i had to have my terriers pts less than a year apart. When my girl was pts in April 2024 the card machine was bought into the room and she was pts peacefully but when my boy was pts April 2025after a sudden illness, it was a totally different experience, no compassion, no empathy, it seemed to me that all they were interested in, was if i wasgoing to pay, before or after he was pts, I had to go into the waiting area, where other pet owners were waiting, in a complete mess and at the stage of collapse, to pay. After he was pts the vet helped me out to the car and asked if I wanted to put him in the boot!!! Absolutely not!!! And then he realised he'd left the canula in my boys leg!!! I later discovered I owed some money on the pet care plan, when I phoned to pay, I got an abrupt "you owe us ... and long card number" no please or thankyou. I have since adopted a dog and I have registered her elsewhere. I have recently heard my friend had the same experience after her dog was pts. Going forward please show pet owners some empathy at a sad and difficult time.

Happy with the customer service and really helpt me and my cat Dasiy. Also as I was on benefits they also directed me to the RSCPA. A special thank you to Christina who works for St Pauls and Janet from Bromley RSCPA. And also the vet doctor who seen her. DAISY had a wonderful life. And well look after. More than 5 🌟

They have amazing vet lady Joanna- the most knowledgeable vet I’ve even come across. Mark is also really good. Don’t know other vets but I enjoy taking my precious boy there. Sometimes there is some slight delay but I dot complain at the price point of services they are offering I believe it’s fair. Overall very happy so far :)

  • The best decision to join these guys with our 5 French bulldog rescues. We have sadly had the tough decision to put two of our beloved dogs to sleep. From start to finish the entire team have been fantastic sympathetic and respectful. They are always bubbly and happy to help. Fantastic vets
