  The emergency vets service was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend it. Within 20 mins of my initial phonecall, we were at the Vets Now clinic, we went straight in to see the vet. The lady vet we saw was excellent, very thorough, kind and compassionate and although there were other people waiting, she didn’t rush us and took time to answer our questions. The lady on reception was also lovely and together they made a stressful experience as good as it could be. Fantastic service, which I highly recommend.

  The team were absolutely amazing when I brought my 17 year old Kitty Cleo in as she had become really unwell. I had to make the decision to say goodbye to her but Peter was absolutely amazing and the care he demonstrated for us both at such a difficult time was appreciated and meant a great deal. She is in a better place now and I take comfort in the fact she went to rainbow bridge in my arms and the people handling her before that moment did so with empathy and compassion. Thank you Peter and team

  We had an emergency visit to Vets-Now in Sidcup on Sunday morning after realising our dog had stolen and eaten half a chocolate fudge cake during the night. The staff was absolutely brilliant and they took great care of her. By Tuesday she was completely back to normal and it is all due to the e great care and urgent steps taken by everyone at Vets-Now.

  Our cat received exceptional care throughout the night from all staff at Vets Now. We were kept informed throughout by experienced and professional staff. I truly believe that their care and dedication is what enabled us to be able to bring our cat home well enough for us to look after him ourselves. Myself and my family want to wholeheartedly thank everyone at Vets Now for everything they did and would highly recommend their services.

  Cannot put into words the care they gave Izzy. They were simply amazing. From the shock of Izzy needing emergency operation to the care they gave after, to both Izzy and myself. Only issue we had was with vets now, the overnight care. Wanted payment before they cared for my dog then referred to her as a cat!
